Role Requirements

  • Skilled and qualified as a maintaining and Overhauling Rotorcrafts critical mechanical Parts, (e.g. MGB, IGB, TGB, TLG Damper, T/R Fork Assy, Pitch control Assy and TLG shock strut).
  • Conducting complete quality and conformity inspections on all overhauled components.
  • Conducting complete tear down, defect inspection, part replacement and reassembly to OEM specifications.
  • Experience working on Multiplatform, as an A&P Aircrafts mechanic and overhauling components, hydraulic and fuel sys, that apply to maintenance and repair of helicopters; hardware such as interconnects lines, valves, gauges, controls, pumps, sealing materials, etc.
  • Experience of MOD on A/C, use of technical publications; work policies and procedures, and should have completed basic and advanced courses, as maintenance & Overhauling mechanic, and Determines maintenance requirements such as parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel leaks and corrosion damage.
  • 12th grade education with advanced courses in Aviation science, physics is desirable.
  • Fully knowledge and certified of aviation Safety.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies 

  • Shall have at least ten (10-15) years of experience in his profession in Maintaining and overhauling, Rotorcraft and components.
  • Must have practical experience within the past (6) months.
  • Determines repair procedures necessary to correct defective equipment.
  • Must have a minimum of 85% of English level (read, write, comprehension, grammar) Must have one through advanced courses in the same trade military or commercial.
  • Multiplatform experience is desired within 6 months currency is required. 
  • Preferably GACA A&P OR FAA A&P license.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Understanding Microsoft suite excel, word, power point.

Responsibilities & Duties

The main mission will be skilled and qualified as a Maintaining and Overhauling Rotorcrafts critical mechanical parts and to perform general maintenance of the Rotorcraft and its equipment, to sign the release of the job performed during the general inspection in accordance with the Helicopter TM.


  • Maintain dynamics, engines and related systems on rotorcraft. 
  • Solves general problems, achieve proper operating deficiency of components such as rotor heads, landing gear. rotor blades, transmission including controls and rigging.
  • Determines repair procedures necessary to correct defective equipment.
  • Must inform maintenance lead if defect found on components at removal such as rotor heads, rotor blades, gearboxes, drive shafts, engines, and landing gear.
  • Inspect helicopter to determine operational status. On inspection handover.
  • Interprets inspection findings and determines adequacy of corrective actions.
  • Inspects completed or in progress work to ensure compliance with local policies and technical publications.
  • Participates in ground and flight tests until aircraft handover.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic environment. 
  • Must be able to work in multi-cultural environment. 
  • Traveling to off-site locations to inspect or repair rotorcraft.
